How to Redeem The Burj Khalifa Tickets

1. Please make sure you have either your printed tickets or your electronic tickets with you when you redeem your tickets.
2. Place your tickets in front of the scanner as you approach the turnstiles.
3. Once examined, you can continue to enter the scene and set out on a significant excursion.

• Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
• The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
